3. Use of the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, design, logos, images) is owned by Webbirch or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Websites we build for clients are handed over under the terms of the individual project agreement.

5. Services, orders & payment

We provide web development, branding, SEO, and web management services. The price questionnaire on this site shows a real, final price in GBP or EUR, excluding VAT, which is added at checkout based on your country.

You never pay for work that hasn't started. The prototype phase is free, with no obligation. If you decide to go ahead, the build is paid 100% up front on approval of the concept — invoiced after a call or paid directly through the checkout on this site, on the same terms. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. You can get a full refund at any time until build work starts. Once build work has started, payment is final.

Ongoing services (web management, growth & SEO, and chatbot care) are billed monthly through Stripe. A plan bought alongside a new build starts when your site goes live, and chatbot care starts when your chatbot is live — you pay nothing for a plan before it starts. Your plan renews each month until you cancel. To cancel, email [email protected].

6. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is". We make no warranties as to its accuracy or availability and are not liable for reliance on its content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Webbirch is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. External links

The site may link to third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and the Danish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you keep any mandatory protections your local law gives you that cannot be excluded by agreement.
